Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the product in its original box, ensuring all nozzles, hoses, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit and qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Product
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
